Telezen MD does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or ship medications. Prescriptions, if issued, are fulfilled by independent, licensed third-party pharmacies. While a preferred pharmacy may be suggested, you may choose any pharmacy of your choosing. To request use of your own pharmacy, contact support@telezenmd.com prior to completing your order.
Telezen MD services are not health insurance and are not a substitute for health insurance. Telezen MD does not submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal, state, or private payor.
Telezen MD complies with applicable state telehealth laws. Provider availability and services may vary by state.
