What is the Telezen MD process?
Start by selecting the therapy you’re interested in and clicking “Start My Visit.” You’ll be guided through a short medical questionnaire. Once submitted, our team of licensed, U.S.-based doctors will carefully review your responses and, if appropriate, prescribe your medication. You’ll typically receive an update within 24 hours. Please note: In some states, a video consultation or live chat is legally required. If this applies to you, one of our doctors will reach out directly to complete your consultation through the necessary format.
How much does Telezen MD cost?
At Telezen MD, doctor consultations are completely free—you only pay for your medication. There are no hidden fees and no subscription requirements. We’re committed to offering some of the best prices available online while maintaining high-quality care and pharmacy-grade medication. In fact, our prices are often lower than what you’d find at your local pharmacy or on other telehealth platforms.

Can I use my health insurance?
We do not accept insurance. At Telezen MD, we believe access to quality care shouldn’t depend on insurance approvals or red tape. By removing third-party barriers, we’re able to offer transparent pricing, fast service, and exceptional convenience.
The good news? Our prices are often more affordable than using insurance—especially when you factor in copays and deductibles.
We do accept FSA and HSA cards, making it easier to use pre-tax dollars toward your care.
Is it legal to prescribe medications online?
Yes. Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in. This allows you to get the medications you need, on your schedule, hassle-free.
Can I use my local pharmacy?
At this time, we do not offer pickup at local pharmacies. All prescriptions are filled through our partner pharmacy and shipped directly to your door for free. This allows us to ensure quality, streamline care, and keep pricing affordable for all patients.

When will I be charged for my medication?
You will be charged at the time you place your order. If for any reason our medical provider determines that the treatment is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund—no questions asked.

How old do I have to be to use Telezen MD?
We treat patients 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.
If I’m having an emergency, what should I do?
In case of an emergency please call 9-1-1.
Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?
State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.
Ordering
Where does Telezen MD offer service?
Telezen MD proudly offers services in all 50 states through our nationwide network of licensed medical providers. All care is delivered in compliance with state-specific telehealth laws and medical regulations, ensuring safe, effective, and legal treatment across the United States.
Do I need to sign for my order?
No. Your medication will ship via Rush No-Contact delivery, a signature is not required.
How do I change my credit card?
You can change your method of payment at any time. Login to your Telezen MD account and follow the prompts.
What if I have a problem with my order or my account?
Click on the “Contact us” section of this site and create a ticket. Our team will then review and get back to you to resolve your inquiry.
How long will it take to get my medication?
Once you complete the online visit, you’ll hear back from one of our US-based doctors in 24 hours (some States will require a live chat or video consultation). Orders will then be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped.
How can I change my shipping address?
Login to your Telezen MD account and update your shipping address at any time. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.
Returns
How do I reorder or cancel?
Login to your Telezen MD account and reorder or cancel at any time. You will be contacted before your medication is to be refilled and billed to your credit card. Your medication will then be shipped.
Can I return my medications once I receive them?
Federal and State law do not allow medication returns. Therefore, all sales are final. If you have a specific concern, please create a ticket in the “Contact us” section and we’ll get back with you.
